THE HONEST COMPARISON
See exactly what changes when you switch.
A typical email platform hands you a blank editor, a DNS panel and a login. We hand you a domain we've already set up, a list we've already checked, and an email already drafted from your brief. Same job, a very different Tuesday afternoon.
Australian-owned, priced in A$
Every address checked before you send
Month to month, cancel any time

AT A GLANCE
Them versus us, in plain English.
A typical email platform
- DNS left to you. Sending domains to set up yourself, SPF and DKIM records to decode.
- Send and hope. No check on whether an address is even real before it's mailed.
- One open number. Bots and real people counted together.
- One version, one guess. You pick a subject line and hope for the best.
- Full volume, day one. New domains sent hard, reputation be damned.
- Priced elsewhere. US dollars, overseas support hours.
- Lock-in contracts. Sign now, argue your way out later.
- A blank page. Write every email from scratch.
Senderoo
- Done for you. We register, authenticate and host your sending domain. Zero DNS records to touch.
- Checked first. Every address verified with its mail server before it enters a campaign.
- Separated out. Human opens reported apart from automated opens, so the numbers mean something.
- Several versions, one fair test. Variants rotate across the whole audience, not a slice of it.
- Earned gradually. New domains build volume at a pace inbox providers trust.
- Australian-owned. Priced in A$, built for Australian small business.
- Month to month. Cancel any time, no argument required.
- A finished draft. AI designs a full email from a one-line brief, in your voice.

THE BIG DIFFERENCES
Three things that actually move the needle.
DOMAINS, DONE
We register your sending domain. You never touch DNS.
A typical platform gives you a sending address and leaves the rest to you: find your DNS panel, work out what SPF, DKIM and DMARC actually mean, paste in records, wait, hope. Get one character wrong and your emails land nowhere good.
We register your sending domain, set up its authentication and host it, so your From address, the email's signature, its tracking links and its landing page all belong to the one domain your customers already recognise. You never open a DNS panel.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured for you
From address, signature and links all match your brand
Nothing for you to copy, paste or break

CHECKED, NOT CHANCED
Every address checked before it ever sees a send button.
Most platforms will happily send to an address that bounced eighteen months ago. They check the spelling, not whether the mailbox still exists, and the first you hear about it is a bounce report after the damage is done.
Every address on your list gets checked with its mail server before a campaign can reach it. Dead mailboxes, dead domains and anyone who's complained anywhere on the network never make it into a send, so your list stays one you can trust.
Checked at the mailbox, not just the spelling
Dead addresses removed before you send, not after
Complaints anywhere on the network kept out of your list
NUMBERS YOU CAN TRUST
Human opens, counted separately from the bots.
An open rate that mixes real people with security scanners and inbox previews isn't a number, it's a guess wearing a decimal point. Most platforms report it as one figure and leave you to draw your own conclusions.
We classify every open: the ones that arrive the way automated scanning opens are marked automated, the rest are marked human, in their own column. You see delivered, human opens, automated opens, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, live from the first message sent.

SWITCHING OVER
Four steps, one afternoon.
Bring your list across
Export your contacts from wherever they live now — spreadsheet, old platform, point-of-sale system — and import the file. Column mapping happens automatically, and an interrupted upload resumes where it stopped.
We check it before anything sends
Every address gets verified with its mail server first. Dead mailboxes and known complainers are filtered out before your first campaign ever reaches your new domain.
Your domain comes with you
Tell us the domain you already use. We register your sending address, set up its authentication and host it. No DNS panel, no records to paste.
Send your first campaign
Write a one-line brief, let the AI draft a complete email in your voice, and send from a domain already earning the trust of inbox providers.

QUESTIONS
What people ask before they switch.
The honest answers to the questions that actually matter.
Will switching hurt my sender reputation?
Your reputation lives with your sending domain, not with us. A new domain starts small and earns more volume as inbox providers see it behaving well, the same gradual build every domain goes through. There's no shortcut, and anyone promising one isn't being straight with you.
Can I bring across the subscriber list I already have?
Yes. Import the spreadsheet you already have and the importer maps each column automatically. Every address is then checked with its mail server before it's allowed into a campaign, so you start with a list you can trust rather than one you're hoping about.
Do I need to touch DNS myself?
No. We register your sending domain, configure its SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and host it. Your job is choosing the domain name, not decoding records.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and priced in Australian dollars, and you can cancel any time. There's no term to argue your way out of later.
Will my emails definitely land in the inbox?
Nobody can promise that, and we won't either. What we do is the part that's actually in our control: authenticated domains, verified addresses and a sending pace that inbox providers trust, so the mail you send gets a fair hearing.
What happens to people who don't open my campaign?
Save them as a segment straight from the campaign and send again with a new subject line. You can do the same with people who clicked or opened without clicking — three different groups, three different follow-ups.
Is this legal under Australian rules?
The Spam Act 2003, enforced by the ACMA, requires consent, clear identification of who's sending, and a working unsubscribe in every message. Senderoo includes the sender details and unsubscribe by default; consent is on your import process, as it should be.
I'm not techy. Is this going to be a headache?
The domain setup is done for you, the email is drafted from a one-line brief, and every campaign gets a plain-English review before it sends. If you can write a sentence about your offer, you can run a campaign.
