Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Every plan is billed month to month with no lock-in contract. Cancel from your account whenever you like and you won't be charged again.
What happens if I run out of credits partway through the month?
You can upgrade to a bigger plan any time and the new credit limit applies straight away. If you'd rather hold off, your credits simply reset at the start of your next billing month.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No, credits reset each billing month so your limit always matches what you're paying for. If you're regularly using less than half your plan, a smaller one will probably suit you better, and switching takes a couple of clicks.
Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly price?
No. Your monthly price covers everything on the plan, including your sending domain being registered, authenticated and hosted for you. There's nothing extra to pay before your first send.
Do the cheaper plans miss out on any features?
No. Every plan includes the same builder, AI writing help, domain setup, address checking, landing pages and reporting. The only difference between plans is how many credits you get each month.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. There's no annual commitment on any plan. You pay month to month and can change plans or cancel at any time from your account.
How does billing actually work?
Your plan is billed monthly to the card on file, in Australian dollars. You'll see the charge and your credit balance in your account at any time, with no second invoice for checks or AI writing.
Will my emails keep me on the right side of Australian spam law?
Senderoo is built around the Spam Act 2003: every campaign needs consent to send, clear identification of who's sending it, and a working unsubscribe link, which is included automatically. Following those three rules is on you, but the tools to do it are built in.
Can I move between plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever your list or sending needs change. There's no penalty for moving to a smaller plan and no waiting period to move to a bigger one.
