FOR SHOPS AND ONLINE STORES
Email marketing for shops and online stores that sell
Your customers already told you they want to hear from you — they typed their email in at checkout, at the counter, or into a pop-up you built in five minutes. Senderoo turns that list into sale emails, restock alerts and loyalty offers that look like your shop and send from your own domain.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
The stuff that eats your afternoon
Carts get abandoned and stay that way
Someone adds a hoodie to the cart at 11pm, gets distracted, and you never hear from them again because nothing follows up.
Your list is a dusty export
Customer emails sit in a spreadsheet pulled from your point-of-sale system months ago, untouched since the last big sale.
Everyone gets the same deal
Your best customer and someone who bought once last Christmas get the identical email, because sorting the list takes time you don't have.
Sale emails are a last-minute scramble
The sale starts Friday and you're still picking fonts Thursday night instead of packing the orders already rolling in.
Good emails land in spam anyway
You write something decent and it still lands in Promotions, or worse, because nobody checked the sending domain was trusted.
YOUR YEAR IN CAMPAIGNS
Campaigns that work for you
New arrivals, first look
The moment new stock lands on the shelf or the site, your list sees it before social media does.
The cart they left behind
Someone added a size 10 to their cart and vanished. A short nudge tomorrow brings some of them back.
Click Frenzy and Black Friday
Build the hype a week out, send the doorbuster at 8am sharp, and follow up with what's nearly sold out.
The Christmas gift guide
Sort your range into for her, for him and under $50, so shoppers stuck for ideas click straight through.
End-of-financial-year clearance
Clear last season's stock in June with a plain everything-must-go email before new lines land in July.
VIP early access
Give your best customers first pick of a new drop or sale, a full day before anyone else sees it.
Back in stock
The bestseller sold out in your size — tell the people who missed out the second it's back on the shelf.
A happy birthday discount
A small code sent in their birthday month, pulled from your loyalty list, feels personal without costing much.

FROM BRIEF TO SENT
One line in, a whole campaign out
You wrote one line: 30 percent off summer stock before the cold snap, for the customers who've bought from us before. That's the whole brief.
Senderoo took your logo, your colours and the way you usually write, and built the layout around it: a hero banner with the discount, a block of your best summer sellers, a countdown line and a button straight to the sale. You tweaked two words, picked the segment of customers who'd shopped with you last season, and sent it before your coffee went cold.
BUILT FOR THE TILL AND THE CHECKOUT
The features you'll use most
WRITE LESS, SELL MORE
Your brief becomes the email
Tell the platform what's going on — a new winter range, 20 percent off boots, a weekend-only flash sale — and it writes and designs the whole email in your brand: hero image, a block for best-sellers, an offer band and a footer with your details.
Your brand settings hold your logo, your colours and the way you usually write. Your brief holds the offer, who it's for and the proof. Put the two together and what comes out looks like you, not a template with your logo pasted on top.

Edit the two words that matter, then send

FOLLOW UP ON WHAT THEY DID
Chase the cart, not the whole list
Someone adds a jacket to their cart and closes the tab. Someone else opens every email you send but never clicks through. They're different customers and they need different emails, not the same newsletter on Thursday.
From any campaign you've sent, save the people who clicked, the people who opened without clicking, or the people who ignored it altogether. Send the quiet ones a fresh subject line, and the clickers a nudge to finish what they started.
Save who clicked, who opened and didn't, and who's gone quiet
Resend to the no-opens with a different subject line
A bigger offer for lapsed customers, a quieter one for regulars
A PLACE TO LAND THE CLICK
A page that matches the email
An email that links to your homepage loses half its momentum. A landing page built from the same brief as the email — same headline, same offer, same proof — keeps the customer moving instead of hunting through your menu for the sale.
The page sits on the domain that sent the email, so the whole thing feels like one experience, not an email from one place and a website from somewhere else. Change a line by telling it what to change, or edit the page directly.
Built from the same brief as your email
Lives on your own domain, not a generic link
Edit it yourself or tell the platform what to change

KNOW WHAT ACTUALLY WORKED
Real opens, not robots
A high open rate means nothing if half of it is software opening the email to scan it for links. Senderoo classifies every open: the ones that look like a scanner are counted as automated, the rest as human, in separate columns, so you're not celebrating a number that was never a customer.
Reports update live from the moment you send: delivered, human opens, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, plus how your landing page performed. Know which sale email actually got clicked before you plan the next one.

QUESTIONS SHOP OWNERS ASK
Straight answers, no fine print
Answers for shop and online store owners, in plain English.
Can I import my customer list from Shopify or my point-of-sale system?
Export it as a spreadsheet and bring it across. The importer maps each column — name, email, last purchase, favourite category — to a field in the platform, and remembers that mapping so you're not doing it twice. If the upload drops out halfway, it picks up where it stopped.
Will sending sale emails get me in trouble under Australia's spam laws?
Not if you stick to the basics the Spam Act 2003 sets out: send only to people who've consented, identify yourself clearly, and include a working unsubscribe link. Every Senderoo email carries that unsubscribe link by default, and consent starts with your sign-up forms and checkout opt-ins.
What happens to addresses that bounce or no longer exist?
Every address on your list is checked against its actual mail server before a campaign goes out, not just checked for a valid-looking format. Dead mailboxes, closed domains and addresses that have complained elsewhere on the platform never make it into a send.
Can I send different offers to different customers?
Yes. Save the people who clicked a campaign, the people who opened without clicking, or the people who've gone quiet, and send each group something different: a bigger discount to win back the quiet ones, a thank-you to your regulars.
How fast can I get my first sale email out?
Most shop owners send their first campaign in one sitting: sign up, bring your list across, give the platform a one-line brief for your next sale, and the layout is ready for you to tweak and send.
Do I need a developer to set up my sending domain?
No. Senderoo registers, authenticates and hosts a sending domain that matches your shop's name, with zero DNS records for you to touch.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans run month to month, priced in Australian dollars, and you can cancel whenever you like.
Will my emails actually land in the inbox?
Every new sending domain earns its volume gradually, and sending speed adjusts for each inbox provider — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo — based on how they're responding right now. The aim every time is the inbox, not Promotions or spam.
