HOW SENDEROO WORKS

From sign-up to your first campaign, step by step.

Here's exactly what happens after you join: what you do yourself (not much) and what gets set up for you (most of it) — your brand, your sending domain, and a first send that's been checked before it goes anywhere.

  • Sign-up takes minutes

  • No credit card to start

  • Month to month, cancel any time

THE PATH

From sign-up to sent mail

Create your account

Pick a plan, confirm your email, you're in. No credit card needed to start, no call to book first.

Tell us your brand

Add your logo, your colours and a few lines about how you write. Every email and landing page uses it from here on.

Your sending domain goes live

We register a domain that matches your brand, set up its authentication and host it. You touch zero DNS records.

Write your first campaign

Give the AI a one-line brief: the offer, the audience, the tone. It designs a complete email, ready to edit.

We check it before it sends

Every address on your list is verified with its mail server, and a specialist reviews your subject line, links and footer.

Send, then see what landed

Your campaign goes out at a pace inboxes trust. Reports update live: delivered, human opens, clicks, the lot.

STEP ONE

Sign-up takes minutes, not a meeting

You pick a plan, confirm your email address and you're inside the portal. No sales call, no onboarding form to fill in first.

From the first login you're looking at the same dashboard your campaigns, lists and reports will live in for as long as you're with us.

  • No credit card to start

  • Your own login and brand from day one

  • Cancel any time, month to month

STEP TWO

Set your brand once, use it everywhere

Add your logo, your colours and a short note on how you write — casual, formal, cheeky, whatever's true.

That's the only writing lesson the AI needs. From here, every campaign, landing page and sign-up form matches, without you touching a style guide again.

  • Logo and colours carried through every send

  • A note on tone, not a style guide to write

  • Edit it any time, nothing locks in

STEP THREE

Your sending domain, live without you touching DNS

We register a domain that matches your brand, set up its SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and host it ourselves. Your From address, your links and your landing pages all sit on the one domain, for every recipient.

New domains earn their sending volume gradually: a little mail at first, more as inbox providers get to know it. You don't manage any of that — you just watch the credits tick down as campaigns go out.

  • Zero DNS records for you to configure

  • Authentication handled: SPF, DKIM, DMARC

  • Volume builds gradually as providers trust it

STEP FOUR

Give it a brief, get back a finished email

Tell it the offer, who it's for, the proof you've got and the tone to use. The AI designs a complete HTML email from that: a hero, the offer, proof, footer, all in your brand.

Want more than one version? Launch several designed variants at once — different subject lines, openings or offers — rotated evenly across your whole list, so the result is a fair test, not a guess.

  • One-line brief in, finished email out

  • Several variants tested at full size

  • Edit anything in the drag-and-drop builder

STEP FIVE

Nothing sends until it's been checked

Every address on your list is verified against its own mail server before your campaign can launch — not a spelling check, a real mailbox check. Dead addresses, dead domains and anyone who's complained anywhere on the platform are kept out.

Then a specialist reviews the campaign itself: the subject line and preheader, how it reads with images off, every link, your sender details and your footer. Each finding comes back with the reason and the fix, in plain English.

  • Mailbox-level verification, not spelling checks

  • A specialist review before every send

  • Fixes explained in plain English

STEP SIX

Send, then watch the real numbers land

Your campaign goes out at a pace the inbox providers trust, spread across your sending domains. You don't set the pace — it's adjusted provider by provider as it sends.

Reports update live from the first message: delivered, human opens kept separate from automated ones, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes. Save the people who clicked or didn't open as a segment, and follow up with a new subject line whenever you like.

  • Paced automatically across providers

  • Human opens reported separately from automated

  • Segments ready for your very next send

WHAT'S HANDLED FOR YOU

Most of this, we do

Doing it the long way

  • Register a domain, then wire up SPF, DKIM and DMARC yourself.
  • Guess which subject line will work, or test on half your list.
  • Check addresses by eye, or skip it and risk bounces.
  • Proofread the campaign yourself and hope you caught everything.
  • Build a separate landing page from scratch to match the email.
  • Work out who's interested by scrolling through a spreadsheet.

Senderoo

  • Handled. We register, authenticate and host your sending domain.
  • Fair tests. Every campaign runs as several variants, rotated across everyone.
  • Verified first. Every address checked with its mail server before you send.
  • Reviewed for you. A specialist checks subject, links, structure and footer.
  • Built together. Your landing page comes from the same brief as your email.
  • Segmented automatically. Save who clicked, who opened, who didn't, in one tap.

ROUGHLY WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first week, roughly

Day one: brand and domain underway

Your brand settings are saved and your sending domain is registered and starting authentication, the same day you sign up.

Day one or two: first campaign drafted

Give the AI your brief and a complete campaign comes back, ready for you to edit or send as is.

Before you send: list and copy checked

Every address on your list is verified and your campaign gets a specialist review, both before launch.

First send: paced, not dumped

Your first campaign goes out at a pace that matches your new domain's standing, not all at once.

Same day: your first report

Delivered, human opens, clicks and bounces update live, so you know what happened before the kettle's boiled.

Questions about getting started

8-10 getting-started questions

How long does sign-up actually take?

A few minutes. You choose a plan, confirm your email address and you're in the portal — no sales call or form to book first.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You pick a plan and get started straight away; billing only kicks in once you've committed to that plan.

Do I need to know anything about DNS or domains?

No. We register your sending domain, set up its SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and host it. You never touch a DNS record.

Will my first campaign actually land in inboxes?

Your domain earns sending volume gradually, your list is checked mailbox by mailbox, and every campaign gets a specialist review before it goes out. 99.7% of mail across the platform is delivered.

What if I don't have a website for a landing page?

You don't need one. The platform builds a landing page on your own domain from the same brief as your email, form and all.

Can I bring a list I already have?

Yes. Import any spreadsheet, map the columns once, and every address is checked with its mail server before it's ever used in a campaign.

Is this compliant with Australian spam rules?

Yes. Every campaign includes clear sender details and a working unsubscribe, and lists are built on consent, in line with the Spam Act 2003.

How does the AI know how to write like me?

From your brand settings: a short note on your tone plus your logo and colours. It writes to that brief and you can edit anything before it sends.

What happens if I want to change plans later?

Everything's month to month. Move up or down whenever your sending needs change, with no lock-in contract.

Who do I talk to if I get stuck?

A real person in Australia. Email hello@senderoo.com.au and you'll usually hear back within one business day.

Let's get your first campaign out.
