GETTING STARTED

Setup takes about twenty minutes.

How long does it take to get going?

Most people have an account, a sending domain and a first campaign drafted inside half an hour. You bring the offer, we handle the logo, colours and the heavy lifting of design.

Do I need any design or coding skill?

No. Tell the AI email design tool your offer in one line and it builds the whole email, hero, sections, offer band and footer, in your brand.

Can I bring my existing customer list?

Yes. The importer maps your spreadsheet columns straight to your fields, and if the upload drops out partway through, it picks up where it left off.

How do I actually build my first campaign?

Write a one-line brief covering the offer, the audience and the tone, and the editor designs a complete email for you to tweak in the drag-and-drop builder.

Will my emails look generic, or actually like my business?

Your brand settings hold your logo, colours and the way you write, so every email sounds like you, not a template everyone else is using too.

Can I build a landing page without a website?

Yes. Landing pages run on your own sending domain and are built from the same brief as your email, so you don't need a website at all.

What if I just want to grow my list first?

Add a sign-up form to your website with one embed, or put it on a landing page if you don't have a site yet. Every new sign-up lands straight in your account.

SENDING & DELIVERABILITY

Built to land in the inbox.

Do I need to own a domain already?

No. We register a sending domain that matches your brand, set up its authentication and host it, so there's nothing for you to touch in your DNS.

Will my campaigns actually reach the inbox, or end up in spam?

Across the network, 99.7% of mail gets delivered. New domains earn volume gradually as inbox providers accept their mail, rather than blasting out at full speed from day one.

What's a sending domain, and why does it matter?

It's the domain your email, your signature, your tracking links and your landing page all share, so everything a recipient sees matches your brand, not a generic shared address.

How fast can I send to a big list?

Each inbox provider, Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo and the rest, gets its own sending rate, adjusted from how that provider is responding right now, so your pace always suits the moment.

What does 'every address checked' actually mean?

Every address on your list is verified at the mailbox with its own mail server before a campaign can send to it, not just checked for a typo.

What happens to addresses that bounce or complain?

Dead mailboxes, dead domains and any address that has complained anywhere on the platform are kept out of future campaigns automatically.

Can I see what's really happening with my sends?

Reports go live from your first send: delivered, human opens kept separate from automated ones, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, all in one place.

PRICING & CREDITS

Simple pricing, no handcuffs.

How does pricing actually work?

Four plans, priced in Australian dollars, each month to month. They differ only by how many credits you get; every feature is included on every plan.

What's a credit, exactly?

One credit sends one email. Address verification and AI writing draw from that same pool, so you've only ever got one number to watch.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any time, no fine print and no exit fee.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

Move up a plan whenever you need more room. There's no overage charge and no sudden lockout partway through a campaign.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever your list or your sending habits change. See the plans page for what each one includes.

Does every plan get the full set of features?

Yes. The drag-and-drop builder, AI writing, landing pages, sign-up forms, verification and reporting are all there from the smallest plan up.

YOUR DATA & THE LAW

Consent and the Spam Act, sorted.

Do I need permission to email someone?

Yes. Under the Spam Act 2003, you need consent before you send commercial email, whether that's a ticked box or a card handed over expecting to hear from you.

What does the Spam Act actually require?

Three things, enforced by the ACMA: consent to send, clear identification of who's sending, and a working unsubscribe link in every message.

Is a verbal 'yeah, sign me up' enough consent?

It can be, if you keep a record and the person genuinely expects to hear from you. A sign-up form is the safer habit, and it's one embed away.

Do I have to include an unsubscribe link in every email?

Yes, always, and it has to work. Every email sent through Senderoo carries one automatically, so you're covered without having to remember it.

What happens the moment someone unsubscribes?

They're removed from future sends straight away and marked so no other campaign in your account can reach them by accident.

Who do I talk to about privacy or a data question?

A real person in Australia. Email hello@senderoo.com.au and you'll usually hear back within one business day.
