PRICING MADE SIMPLE
One credit. One email. That's the whole system.
Every send, every address check and every AI-written draft comes out of the same pool. No extra meter to watch, no surprise add-on at checkout. Just credits, going down when you use them and topping up again next month.
One credit, one email sent
Address checks included, not charged extra
Plans differ by monthly credits only

THE PROBLEM
Most platforms turn pricing into a puzzle
Open a typical email platform's pricing page and you need a calculator. One price per contact on your list. Another fee for address verification. A separate subscription for the AI writing tool. A surcharge once you pass a certain number of sends. By the time you've added it up, you're not sure what you're actually paying for, or what happens if you go over.
You didn't start a business to become a pricing analyst. You want to send the newsletter, know your list is clean, and get a hand with the subject line when you're flat out doing the actual job. Every extra meter is one more thing to remember, one more login, one more invoice landing in a different month.
And if your sending grows for a month, a spring promotion, a busy open-for-inspections season, you're never quite sure which line item moves. Does the add-on scale with it? Do you need to upgrade three different things just to send more mail?

HOW IT WORKS
From plan to send, it's one balance
Choose a plan by credits
Every plan includes the same features. The only difference between them is how many credits you get each month, so you pick based on how much you send, not which tools you're allowed to use.
Send a credit, send an email
Launch a campaign and each email it reaches draws one credit from your pool. Send to 500 people, use 500 credits. No separate per-contact charge sitting underneath it.
Addresses get checked from the same pool
Before your campaign goes out, every address is checked with its mail server. That check pulls from the same credits as the send, not a second invoice, not a toggle you have to remember.
Ask for an AI draft, same pool again
Need a hand with the subject line or the whole email? Drafting with the AI writer draws from the same balance too. One pool covers the writing and the sending.
Credits renew with your plan
Your balance tops up each month on your plan's cycle. You watch one number, not four.
THE SIMPLE PART
One credit sends one email, full stop
Every campaign you send draws exactly one credit per recipient. Email 2,000 people and you use 2,000 credits. There's no multiplier for images, no surcharge for a longer email, no separate charge because someone opened it on their phone instead of their laptop.
That makes the maths easy before you even hit send. Check your remaining balance, check how many people you're emailing, and you know straight away whether you're covered. No guessing, no end-of-month reconciliation.
One recipient, one credit
No charge for images or length
Balance tells you the real story

NO SEPARATE METERS
Checks and AI writing share the same pool
Verifying an address and drafting an email with the AI writer both pull from your credit balance, the same balance your sends use. There's no second subscription for verification, no extra fee for asking the AI writer for your opening line.
You watch one number. If your balance is healthy, everything is covered: the send, the check that ran before it, and any help you asked the AI writer for along the way.
Verification included, not sold separately
AI drafts use the same balance
One balance covers every part of a send
CHOOSE BY VOLUME
Plans differ by monthly credits, nothing else
Every plan includes the full set of tools: the drag-and-drop builder, the AI writer, landing pages, sign-up forms, verification, reporting, all of it. What changes from one plan to the next is how many credits land in your account each month.
That means picking a plan is one decision, not five. Work out roughly how many emails you send in a typical month, add some room for a busy one, and choose the plan with enough credits to cover it.
Every plan gets every feature
Upgrading only changes your monthly credits
Pick based on volume, not feature lists

WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU
One pool, but here's what you actually get
Budget in one line
Your credit balance is the whole bill. No add-on invoices to track down when you're doing the books.
No surprise charges
Sending more this month doesn't trigger a separate fee somewhere else in your account.
Plans compare in seconds
Every plan has the same tools. Picking one is just matching monthly credits to how much you send.
Verification isn't a luxury
Checking addresses doesn't cost extra, so there's no reason to skip it to save money.
AI help, no second bill
Ask for a drafted subject line or a full email and it comes out of the same pool as the send.
COMPARED
Pricing you can explain in one sentence
A typical email platform
- Per-contact pricing. Your bill grows with your list, whether you email them or not.
- Verification sold separately. Address checking is its own paid add-on.
- AI writing is another subscription. A separate fee for the writing tool.
- Different meters, different features. You track several numbers to know what you're spending.
- Plans built around feature gates. Pay more to access tools you already need.
Senderoo
- Per credit. Pay for what you send, not who's sitting in your list.
- Checks included. Verification draws from the same pool as sending.
- One pool for AI too. Drafting an email uses the same credits as sending it.
- One number. Your credit balance is the whole story.
- Plans built around volume. Every plan gets every feature; only the credits change.
QUESTIONS
Credits, answered
How do credits work?
One credit sends one email. Checking an address and asking the AI writer for help both draw from that same monthly pool, so you only ever watch one number.
What counts as one credit?
One recipient on one campaign equals one credit, regardless of the email's length or how many images it carries. Send to 800 people and you use 800 credits.
Are address checks included or charged separately?
Included. Every address is checked with its mail server before a campaign can send to it, and that check comes out of the same credit pool as the send itself. No extra invoice.
Does writing with the AI writer use credits too?
Yes. Drafting a subject line or a full email with the AI writer draws from the same balance as sending and checking, so there's still only one number to keep an eye on.
How do I know which plan I need?
Plans differ only by how many credits they include each month. Work out roughly how many emails you send across a typical month and pick the plan whose monthly credits comfortably cover it.
Can I move to a bigger plan if my sending grows?
Yes. Since every plan includes the same features, moving up is simply choosing a plan with more monthly credits. Nothing to reconfigure, nothing new to learn.
Is pricing in Australian dollars?
Yes. Senderoo is Australian-owned and every plan is priced in AUD, billed monthly.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans run month to month and you can cancel any time. There's no fixed term to break.
