SENDING DOMAINS, HANDLED

Your emails, sent from a domain that's unmistakably yours.

Every Senderoo campaign goes out from a sending domain that matches your brand, registered and authenticated before you send a single email. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up in the background. You never open a DNS panel.

  • Brand-matched domain, set up for you

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC done

  • Zero DNS records to touch

Hand me the DNS. You run the business.

DNS stalls more campaigns than a bad subject line ever will.

You sign up for an email tool, get a happy welcome screen, and then hit a wall: add this TXT record, point that CNAME, verify ownership, wait for propagation. Half of it reads like another language, and the campaign you were excited about sits half-built while you go hunting for your domain registrar's login.

Even when you get through it, authentication that's only half right doesn't fail loudly. A missing DKIM record or a misaligned DMARC policy doesn't bounce your email back with an error. It just quietly tells Gmail and Outlook to be suspicious, so your carefully written campaign lands in spam for most of the people you sent it to, and you have no idea it happened.

TXT record? CNAME? Yeah, nah, leave it with me.

From sign-up to sent, with nothing for you to configure.

You tell us your brand

Your business name and website are enough to start. We use them to register a sending domain that matches your brand.

We register and host the domain

The domain is registered and hosted on our side, so there's nothing for you to buy, renew or configure.

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Full authentication is configured against your sending domain before your first campaign ever goes out.

You send, we keep watch

Your From address, signature, links and landing pages all sit on the one authenticated domain. If a record ever drifts, we repair it.

DOMAINS, MATCHED

A domain that reads as you, not a platform.

Every sending domain we register matches your brand: your business name, not a shared platform subdomain some filters already eye with suspicion. The moment a recipient glances at the From address, it looks exactly like the business they signed up to hear from.

Your website's own domain is left alone. We register, authenticate and host a separate sending domain built for email, so it does exactly one job, and does it properly.

  • Domain matches your business name

  • Your website's domain stays untouched

  • Registered and hosted for you

AUTHENTICATION, DONE PROPERLY

SPF, DKIM and DMARC, correctly configured.

Inbox providers check three records before they trust a message. SPF confirms which servers can send for your domain, DKIM signs the message so it can't be tampered with in transit, and DMARC tells providers what to do if either check fails. Get one wrong and mail can look fine to you and suspicious to Gmail.

We configure all three against every sending domain we set up, aligned correctly from the start. You don't choose settings or paste values anywhere. It's done before your first send.

  • SPF configured and verified

  • DKIM signs every message

  • DMARC aligned correctly

ONE DOMAIN, EVERY TOUCHPOINT

Your From address, links and pages, all the same domain.

A campaign is more than its From address. The signature at the bottom, the tracking link behind every button, and the landing page the email sends people to all belong to the same sending domain, for every recipient, every time.

That consistency matters twice over: it reinforces your brand at every click, and it gives inbox providers one clean, authenticated domain to judge, rather than a patchwork that looks like several different senders.

  • From address, signature and links match

  • Landing pages share the domain

  • One domain, judged on its own merits

Set and forget. That's the whole trick.

WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU

A sending domain working for your brand, not against it.

Looks like you, every time

Recipients see your brand in the From address and every link, not a shared sending platform.

Your website's reputation, protected

A separate sending domain carries your campaigns, so your main site's domain is never exposed to email reputation risk.

Nothing to configure

No DNS panel, no TXT records, no waiting on propagation. Domain setup happens as part of signing up.

Drift fixed before it costs you

If a record ever slips out of alignment, it's repaired automatically. You see a status, never a task.

Room to grow

Add more sending domains as your business grows, without touching the one you started with.

COMPARED

Roo peeking over the edge

A typical email platform

  • Hands you DNS records to paste in yourself
  • SPF or DKIM half-configured, mail flagged as spam
  • Sends from your website's domain, risking its reputation
  • Leaves broken records for you to find and fix
  • One domain for everything, nowhere to grow

Senderoo

  • We set it up. Domains registered, authenticated and hosted for you.
  • Done properly. SPF, DKIM and DMARC all set up before you send a thing.
  • Separate and matched. A brand-matched sending domain protects your main domain.
  • We watch. Drift gets noticed and repaired automatically.
  • Room to grow. Add more sending domains as your business expands.

QUESTIONS

Sending domains, answered plainly.

The questions we hear most about domains and authentication.

Do I need to touch DNS to get a sending domain?

No. We register, authenticate and host your sending domain as part of setting up your account. Your website's domain is never touched, and you don't need to open a DNS panel at any point.

Why not just send from my website's domain?

A separate, brand-matched sending domain protects your main domain's reputation and still reads as you to every recipient. If anything about email sending ever needs attention, it's contained to a domain built for that one job, not the domain your website relies on.

What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC actually do?

SPF lists which servers are allowed to send mail for your domain, DKIM signs each message so it can't be altered in transit, and DMARC tells inbox providers what to do if either check fails. All three are configured and aligned on your sending domain before your first campaign.

What happens if a record breaks or drifts?

We notice and repair it. Authentication records are monitored continuously, so if anything drifts out of alignment it gets fixed in the background. You see a status on your account, never a task on your to-do list.

Can I use more than one sending domain?

Yes. Add more sending domains as your business grows, each one gets the same registration, authentication and hosting as the first, with no DNS work on your end.

Will this affect my website in any way?

No. Your website's domain and its existing DNS records are left exactly as they are. The sending domain is separate, built and managed purely for email.

Does this slow down getting started?

No. Domain registration and authentication happen as part of creating your account, alongside building your first campaign, not as a separate step you wait on.
